Asunción – Five young people from Los Laureles College (CEL) are preparing to attend the First Global First Robotics Olympics, scheduled to begin July 13 in Washington DC. They are José Zeissig, Eliana González, Sebastián Santacruz, Maxi Vuyx and Alejandro Molinas, all between 15 and 18 years.

The boys were invited to participate in the REV Robotics category, which has been included in the curriculum of the private educational institution for three years.

The mentors who will accompany the students are the teachers José Ávalos, who won a prize a few months ago at the Microsoft World Cup in Canada, and Ian Bajac, from the Faculty of Technology of the UNA, entity that works with students in this subject.
