The team representing Denmark at the 2019 FIRST Global Challenge in Dubai is from Aalborg Technical Highschool. The team from Aalborg won the national Danish qualification tournament competing with other high school teams from Denmark. The Danish team consists of five 1^st and 2^nd year high-school students, who all share a common interest in science, engineering and making impact through the use of digital technologies and innovating solutions.

We are Team Denmark, and we are honoured to be participating in the incredible FIRST Global Challenge alongside so many skilled and passionate students. The five of us attend the same technical high school in Aalborg, Denmark, and we are all passionate about STEM. In the beginning, our intentions were simply to learn more about robots and to build our own in order to see what we could accomplish. We are grateful for this huge opportunity to learn and gain experience. As a team, we are going to embrace whatever is coming our way at the FIRST Global Challenge. Our hope is that we, and the rest of the participants, enjoy our stay in Dubai and have a great time experiencing and handling new challenges.
