Relatives of the young URBE students participating in the First 2017 Robotics World Cup in Washington DC gathered in the URBE videoconference room to support their children in full competition through a video call.

This is the first time that two Engineering students from URBE, and other young people from a Venezuelan educational institution participate in this competition.

Joy and emotion was the feeling that was shown in this meeting between relatives, who with the Venezuelan flag in hand enjoyed the first row of the competition match where the Venezuelan delegation participated, who were winners of the second match of the day.

The Dean of Engineering, Dr. Placido Martinez, and the Coordinator of Information, Lcdo. Jorwen Rodríguez, interacted with the students’ representatives, expressing their gratitude and the satisfaction of the University for the new achievement achieved by the young people.
