Sin embargo, tras unirse al equipo y conocer el tema de Oportunidades Oce\u00e1nicas del a\u00f1o, se sinti\u00f3 inspirado para organizar un evento de limpieza para hacer algo contra toda la contaminaci\u00f3n que ve\u00eda all\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Patrocinados por 10 instituciones locales, reunieron a m\u00e1s de 80 voluntarios para un d\u00eda completo de limpieza. No s\u00f3lo retiraron montones de basura del puerto, sino que tambi\u00e9n actuaron para ayudar a atajar este problema en su origen llevando a cabo actividades de divulgaci\u00f3n. Concienciaron sobre los peligros de la contaminaci\u00f3n y la importancia de mantener limpio el puerto. El equipo fue incluso entrevistado por dos emisoras de radio nacionales sobre sus esfuerzos.<\/p>\n<p>Conscientes de que ning\u00fan problema puede resolverse de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana, los organizadores y patrocinadores del evento han expresado su dedicaci\u00f3n a continuar la batalla contra la contaminaci\u00f3n en su pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>\"Ha sido un trabajo incre\u00edble el realizado por los alumnos. Los robots realmente pueden ayudarnos a limpiar el oc\u00e9ano\", afirm\u00f3 uno de los mentores del equipo. \"Sin embargo, a\u00fan queda mucho por hacer.
