25 Juil Team Lithuania 2019 🇱🇹
Hello, my name is Šarūnas and I’m currently 18 years old. I have participated and won in robotics competitions for high school students such as FLL, Robocup Jr, WARC, as well as hackathons for students and adult Engineers! I have experience in building robots that guide tourists over the streets with a GPS controlled voice, mosquito attraction and control device, numerous 3D printers, a 8x8x8 LED cube and other robots. I am really proud to be captain for this year’s team, and I am looking forward to sharing my experience and knowledge with younger teammates.
Hello, my name is Tomas and I am 14 years old. I am a member of robotics school “Robotikos mokykla”. I have started constructing and programming robots with LEGO Mindstorms, when I was 9 years old. Since then, robotics and programming became my main hobby. I spend my free time creating video games with computer programs, such as Unity. I really want to improve my IT knowledge and skills, which I will use in my future career.
My name is Rytis and I am 18 years old. My interest in robotics came from my passion for computers and programming at the age of 11. It was when started going to robotics club “Robotikos mokykla” (school of robotics) and participating in FIRST LEGO® League competitions. At the age of 12, me and my team (including Dominykas) won the first place in one of them. At the age of 14 I became very interested in making video games. This led to me attending loads of “game jams“ and hackathons where I got to improve my programming skills and get inspiration. I also participated in last year’s FIRST Global Challenge in Mexico, during which I improved my engineering skills quite a lot.
Hello, my name is Ugnius and I’m currently 14 years old. I am a second year member of the robotics club “Robotikos mokykla”. Since I was 10 I’ve always been interested in computer science and electronics. Robotics and programming interest me because you can make machines to help you.
Hi, my name is Tautvydas. I am 18 years old. I like engineering because it’s everywhere around us and it has a lot of opportunities. I started building robots when I was 14. Since then, I participated in numerous hackathons. I even had an opportunity to be a part of Lithuanian TV series, where we had visited different startup companies.
