Team Uzbekistan 2019 🇺🇿

Uzbekistan is a sunny, picturesque country in the heart of Central Asia. Home to the ancient cities of Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, Shakhrisabz and Termez, it has countless historical and architectural monuments dating back thousands of years. Uzbekistan nature is equally captivating: the Tien Shan Mountains, Kyzyl Kum desert, Ustyurt plateau and the remnants of the Aral Sea are truly awe-inspiring. But the true heart and experience of Uzbekistan is found within the well-preserved culture of this little landlocked country: centuries-old traditions, zoroastrian and muslim rituals, original art, and Uzbek hospitality and cuisine will be a delightful discovery for any traveler.

Our team members were chosen from different parts of Uzbekistan. Despite the fact that they are elementary level in the engineering field, it cannot limit the students’ desire to reach aims they set; this diligence is what distinguishes them among youth. Throughout the last 2 years, they attracted the attention of the government of Uzbekistan in several robotics competition and innovation weeks with their innovative projects. This was the cause to be chosen to protect the honor of Uzbekistan.

Muhammad Salomov
My name if Muhammad. I’m 15 and have a chest full of questions. I’m interested in everything and everywhere. I’m diligent and purposeful. I’m trying to learn as much as possible about how the world works and how to equip it. In the future, I see myself as an engineer. One of my hobbies is electronics. According to it, last year I started to learn the widely used platform Arduino. Thanks to God, this year I’m on the team, which protects honor of the Uzbek nation. This is the result of all the actions I took part in.

Akbar Abdurakhmonov
My name is Akbar. I’m 16 years old. I’m the student of “Just Robotics” learning center, which is the most innovative center I’ve ever seen. In this center, our teachers teach us the Arduino platform (sensors, electronics) and LEGO Mindstorm (LEGO constructor). Step by step, our mission becomes more difficult. After finishing the course, we will work on real projects. But I don’t wait for finishing the course to work on projects. I already started working. I participated in several innovation weeks and presented my innovative projects. Because of my innovative projects, I was chosen to participate in this international challenge. I will try to do my best and help my teammates to win.

Sardor Suvonov
My name is Sardor. I’m also 16 years old. My dream is to be a good programmer. To be a good programmer, it’s needed to know mathematics as well as thinking logically. To learn these, I participated in math courses. This year I started coding. Now, I can write code for Arduino and make different projects. My mission is to help our technical mentor to write code for the robot and control it. Our team members are well qualified enough to build our robot and control it. We believe in ourselves. We know we can do it. This year, the title will be ours.

Khumoyun Khaydarov
My name is Khumoyun and I am 17. My love towards technology started 5 years ago when I learned how to build an electronic crane from watching videos from YouTube. After that, I worked on several machines like a smart fan system, Arduino based multi-meter, and mobile fridge. I was the winner of Young Inventors competition in 2018 on the Republic stage. In the future, I want to bring innovation into production and governmental systems.

Bobur Ortiqov
My name is Bobur. I’m 14 years old. I cannot say I am interested in this field, because everything interests me. I want to know how things work, how they are made, etc. That’s why I ask a lot and want to get answers to what I asked. The field of robotics attracts my attention more than others. A year ago, I started learning electronics and sensors to improve my knowledge in robotics. FGC is a good chance to learn more and apply theoretical knowledge in real projects. I wish in Dubai, I will learn how to get rid of global issues and exchange ideas with foreign friends.

Farkhod Makhkamov (Team Manager)
My name is Farkhod. I’m 21 years old and a student at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent. Like everyone, I also have hobbies. The most attracted field is robotics. Of course, I learned electronics to achieve my set goals. And finally, my dreams came true. I’m participating in sumo robot competitions. Thank God, every time I come back to home with a title; it doesn’t matter 1st, 2nd or 3rd place, the main thing is participation. Each time I learn something from my opponents. By these titles and participations, the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan let me be the manager of the team. It’s a great honor for me to protect the honor of Uzbek nations. Big thanks to them, I will try to justify their trust.

Bunyodbek Zaripov (Team Mentor)
My name is Bunyodbek and I am 19. My interest in robotics and electronic devices started from my early childhood. I carry a screwdriver with me all the time and learn systems of broken devices, collect working parts, and use them to build my own machines. So far, I have been a participant of the exhibitions and competitions on the Republic stage. Now, I want to participate in this international competition and exchange skills and knowledge with my peers from different countries.
