Youth from Limón will represent Costa Rica in robotics contest

With the support of the Public Library of Limón Mayor Thomas Benjamín Lynch, a group of young people from Limón will participate in the FIRST Global Challenge 2018, in Mexico City, which brings together 160 countries in a robotics contest.

The participation of the Club AC Maker Space Limón is thanks to the fact of the strategic alliances at the local, regional, national and international level, that the institution has managed to establish, as part of these strategic alliances, more than 11 years ago, the library has an agreement with the Embassy of the United States of America, in San Jose, Costa Rica, called “American Corner” this is an alliance whose main objective is to make available to the public, information about the United States and language teaching English, through collections of books, DVDs, Internet and local programs.
