\"\"Nabil Dabouz est un homme tr\u00e8s occup\u00e9. Il est un ancien FIRST<\/em> Global, \u00e9tudiant en g\u00e9nie logiciel \u00e0 la Polytechnique de Montr\u00e9al, et b\u00e9n\u00e9vole au sein de l'association FIRST<\/em> LEGO\u00ae League au Canada. Cependant, au cours de l'\u00e9t\u00e9 2018, il a assum\u00e9 un r\u00f4le suppl\u00e9mentaire, celui de mentor de l'\u00e9quipe d'Alg\u00e9rie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Avant 2017, Nabil n'avait pas beaucoup d'exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de STIM. Il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un camp d'\u00e9t\u00e9 o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9 \u00e0 la technologie par le biais du club des technologies de l'information. Peu apr\u00e8s, il a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l'Alg\u00e9rie aux Jeux olympiques de 2017. FIRST<\/em> D\u00e9fi mondial \u00e0 Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n

\"Le FIRST<\/em> Le Global Challenge est une opportunit\u00e9 extraordinaire pour nous de faire partie d'une communaut\u00e9 mondiale de jeunes leaders qui travaillent ensemble pour un avenir meilleur\", a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n

L'\u00e9t\u00e9 suivant, alors qu'il \u00e9tait en cong\u00e9 universitaire, Nabil s'est rendu au Centre STEAM d'Alger, qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 sa deuxi\u00e8me maison. C'est l\u00e0 qu'on lui a demand\u00e9 d'organiser la s\u00e9lection de l'\u00e9quipe de 2018 et, finalement, de devenir son mentor.<\/p>\n

L'\u00e9quipe a ensuite remport\u00e9 la m\u00e9daille d'argent du prix Sofia Kovalevskaya pour le voyage international.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 Mexico, l'\u00e9quipe a remport\u00e9 la m\u00e9daille d'argent du prix Sofia Kovalevskaya pour le voyage international.<\/p>\n

Nabil attribue la r\u00e9ussite de son mentorat aux comp\u00e9tences qu'il a acquises gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa participation en 2017 - non seulement des comp\u00e9tences techniques, mais aussi le leadership, la communication, le travail d'\u00e9quipe et la pens\u00e9e critique. Compte tenu de l'impact de la FIRST<\/em> Global Challenge a eu sur sa vie, Nabil est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 continuer d'utiliser ces comp\u00e9tences pour permettre \u00e0 un plus grand nombre d'\u00e9tudiants d'acc\u00e9der aux possibilit\u00e9s offertes par les STIM.<\/p>\n

Et Nabil n'est pas le seul ; plusieurs autres anciens participants sont devenus des mentors de l'\u00e9quipe, notamment des \u00e9tudiants du Botswana, de Madagascar, du Chili et de Tunisie.<\/p>\n
