Pour l'\u00e9quipe de Bahre\u00efn, assister \u00e0 la FIRST<\/em> Le Global Challenge n'est apparu sur leur \u00e9cran que quatre jours avant l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement, ce qui ne leur a pas laiss\u00e9 le temps de construire un robot. L'\u00e9quipe s'est rendue \u00e0 Duba\u00ef et a ouvert un centre de formation \u00e0 la robotique. FIRST<\/em> Deux jours avant leur premier match, ils ont utilis\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois le kit de robotique Global, sachant qu'ils allaient se mesurer \u00e0 des \u00e9quipes qui avaient pass\u00e9 des mois \u00e0 mettre au point leurs robots.<\/p>\n

\"\"Bien qu'ils aient eu l'impression que les chances \u00e9taient contre eux, avec les encouragements de leur mentor, ils se sont mis au travail avec les plans qu'ils avaient pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. Et dans le merveilleux esprit de Coop\u00e9ration<\/em>\u00ae, des volontaires et d'autres \u00e9quipes se sont mis en quatre pour aider l'\u00e9quipe de Bahre\u00efn. Malgr\u00e9 un d\u00e9but difficile, avec un total d'environ 10 heures de travail, le robot de l'\u00e9quipe a tenu bon et a remport\u00e9 la moiti\u00e9 des matchs auxquels il a particip\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Je leur ai dit : \"Acceptez ce d\u00e9fi et voyez comment cela se passe\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le mentor de l'\u00e9quipe. \"Imaginez, si vous construisez ce robot, ce que vous ressentiriez \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e si vous y parveniez. Et ils l'ont concr\u00e9tis\u00e9.\"<\/p>\n

En reconnaissance de leur accomplissement, l'\u00e9quipe a re\u00e7u la m\u00e9daille de bronze du prix Raja\u00e2 Cherkaoui El Moursli pour les r\u00e9alisations courageuses.<\/p>\n

\"Construire un robot, participer \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition et gagner certains matchs n'est pas chose facile. Cette exp\u00e9rience a montr\u00e9 aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves qu'ils doivent croire en eux et ne pas se limiter \u00e0 quoi que ce soit. Si nous nous fixons un objectif, nous pouvons certainement l'atteindre.<\/p>\n

Au Bahre\u00efn, l'\u00e9quipe \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 impliqu\u00e9e dans l'enseignement de la robotique \u00e0 de jeunes \u00e9tudiants, mais leur FIRST<\/em> L'exp\u00e9rience mondiale leur a offert une opportunit\u00e9 unique qui leur a permis de s'\u00e9quiper encore davantage pour se construire eux-m\u00eames, mais aussi pour construire ceux qui les entourent.<\/p>\n
