Mexico is Bronze in FIRST Global Challenge

Mexico was represented by a team made up of students from the Universidad Panamericana (UP), Jorge Ochoa, Guillermo Campos, Antonio Dávila, Alonso García, Eduardo Martínez, Héctor Carrillo, Gerardo Ascencio, and the Preparatory Institute of the Technological Institute of Monterrey Superior Studies (ITESM), San Luis Potosí campus, Luis Fernando Orta, Andrea Terán and Luis Gerardo Ramos.

They were invited by Fundación Azteca, sponsor of the world event and For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST), to participate due to their trajectory and achievements in robotics competitions. The multidisciplinary team won the third place for engineering design thanks to the creativity in the use of robot materials.
