Alexandria, VA - A segunda edi\u00e7\u00e3o anual do FIRST<\/i> Global Challenge\u00a0 <\/span>- uma competi\u00e7\u00e3o rob\u00f3tica de estilo ol\u00edmpico que atraiu delega\u00e7\u00f5es de inovadores em idade escolar de 157 pa\u00edses em 2017 - est\u00e1 programada para unir novamente o mundo em agosto deste ano na Cidade do M\u00e9xico.\u00a0 <\/span><\/b>Para ajudar a garantir que todas as na\u00e7\u00f5es estejam representadas na Cidade do M\u00e9xico, FIRST<\/i> Global (www.first.global<\/a>) est\u00e1 lan\u00e7ando seu Unir o globo<\/i> Campanha de bolsas de estudo (www.first.global\/unite<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Todos os anos, FIRST<\/i> Global convida uma equipe de estudantes inovadores de cada pa\u00eds para representar sua na\u00e7\u00e3o no FIRST<\/i> Global Challenge, em que as equipes s\u00e3o colocadas em alian\u00e7as colaborativas vari\u00e1veis de tr\u00eas equipes cada para resolver um problema global urgente. Usando os rob\u00f4s auto-montados e projetados de cada equipe, cada alian\u00e7a trabalha em conjunto para resolver um dos 14 Grandes Desafios de Ci\u00eancia e Engenharia que o mundo enfrenta atualmente.\u00a0 <\/span>O desafio deste ano \u00e9 intitulado \"Energy Impact\" e as equipes do Afeganist\u00e3o ao But\u00e3o, da S\u00edria ao Sud\u00e3o do Sul, de Israel ao Ir\u00e3 e dos nativos americanos aos abor\u00edgenes australianos se alinhar\u00e3o com duas outras na\u00e7\u00f5es para abastecer usinas de energia, ativar fontes de energia renov\u00e1vel e construir uma rede de transmiss\u00e3o resiliente para competir nas \"Olimp\u00edadas\" da rob\u00f3tica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Ao envolver os estudantes do mundo todo em uma competi\u00e7\u00e3o colaborativa para ajudar a resolver os problemas mais urgentes do mundo, FIRST<\/i> O Global inspira os alunos a aprender as habilidades necess\u00e1rias para fazer as descobertas que seus pais e av\u00f3s considerariam milagres, fantasias ou simplesmente fic\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica.
