A equipe do Afeganist\u00e3o foi oficialmente confirmada para participar das Olimp\u00edadas Internacionais de Rob\u00f4s para estudantes do ensino m\u00e9dio nos Estados Unidos<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n

Cerca de 160 na\u00e7\u00f5es se reunir\u00e3o em Washington, D.C. em nome do desenvolvimento da ci\u00eancia e da tecnologia no DAR Constitution Hall de 16 a 18 de julho <\/em><\/h3>\n

Hoje, as equipes femininas de rob\u00f3tica do Afeganist\u00e3o receberam a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o oficial da Embaixada dos EUA em Cabul para viajar aos Estados Unidos e competir ao lado de 157 outras na\u00e7\u00f5es no FIRST Global Challenge deste ano, a primeira competi\u00e7\u00e3o anual de rob\u00f3tica que visa inspirar os jovens do mundo a seguir carreiras em STEM.<\/p>\n

O Presidente da FIRST Global, o ex-Almirante da Marinha dos EUA e Congressista Joe Sestak, disse: \"Eu realmente acredito que nosso maior poder \u00e9 o poder de reunir, de juntar na\u00e7\u00f5es onde as pessoas descobrem que o que elas t\u00eam em comum \u00e9 maior do que suas diferen\u00e7as. \u00c9 por isso que sou muito grato ao governo dos EUA e ao Departamento de Estado por garantir que o Afeganist\u00e3o - assim como G\u00e2mbia, I\u00eamen, L\u00edbia e Vanuatu na semana passada - pudesse se juntar a n\u00f3s nesta competi\u00e7\u00e3o internacional.\"<\/p>\n
