In 2011, the school ventured in the field of robotics and ever since we have assembled a strong team to compete in Worldwide competitions. Since then, The Robotics team from CPS has represented Bahrain in various international robotics competition with rankings putting the country as a top competitor in the region. Robotics has become part of the school curriculum with a dedicated action lab for students.

We are all excited about the FIRST Global competition and looking forward to meeting everyone.
Mohamed Azreen (Computer Engineer)

A robotics instructor and facilitator for the past 8 years. I have been working with different platforms and my teams have been taking part in numerous worldwide competitions. It has been an amazing journey of a success after another.

Being able to witness the joy through the students eyes is one of the most pleasing feeling that has the impact of taking us to the next stage!

Mahmood Alkhabbaz (Mechanical Engineering)

This is the 4th year I have been affiliated with the robotics domain. The spark that initiated this passion to robotics came through a course that was held by the Ministry of Youth and Sports by Mr. Mohammed.

3 years later, I am an alumni and coach for many other teams in other platforms.

Salman Alawadhi – Grade-12 (Team Leader and Spokesman)

I am a senior student at Creativity Private School and have been taking part in the robotics field for the past 6 years and it has been a huge honour to represent my country in such huge competitions.

I have always wanted to be an engineer and being part in this field has enhanced my attraction to be an engineer in the future. I truly believe that we all have different gifts and strengths. Mine just happens to be in robotics.

Yusuf Alhamad – Grade-10

My name is Yusuf, a 6th year CPS robotics department member, I am extremely passionate about robots and their structure. I grew up watching the transformers movies and always wondered how that could be implemented in reality, until I took part in the robotics team. It solved my greatest dilemma.

I spent most of my time researching about the programming and building of robots.
