Team Gabon 2017

The Gabon team has just been created at the Jean Fidèle OTANDO technical high school in Port-Gentil after the announcement of the major global challenge (First Global) on 10 April 2017 by the senior administrative officials of the technical and vocational education of our country.

It is composed of F2 (Optional: Electronics) pupils aged between 15 and 18 years, but also teachers from various disciplines, including mathematics, physical sciences, electronics, mechanical engineering and English. The students of the Gabon team are all from the electronic club opened on the initiative of Mr. NGOUESSY BOUSSAMBA Eloi (mentor of the team) in December 2016, in order to introduce the students to programming.

M.NGOUESSY BOUSSAMBA studied at the Superior Institute of Electrical Engineering in Casablanca, Morocco. In 1996, he graduated as an application engineer in electronics, automation and industrial computing. On October 20, 1997, he joined the public service as a teacher in electronics, a profession he holds until now.
