The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović spoke with the young roboticists gathered in “Team Croatia” and their mentors from the Center for Technological Development and STEM Education “Pozitron” from Rovinj. The meeting was held on the occasion of their imminent departure to the FIRST Global Challenge 2023 competition, which will be held in Singapore, so President Milanović wished them a successful placement at the competition. “Team Croatia” is a team of roboticists made up of high school students from several cities in Istria, including Marija Šimunović, Stefano Poropat, Adrian Legović, Leon Matejčić and Ana Sošić, team leaders Iva Sošić and Maša Šverko, and mentors Lovro Šverko, Jelena Svilar, Lara Kukec and Alen Vinčić.
