08 Jul Team Albania 2021 🇦🇱
FIRST Global Team Albania is a group of seven young engineers aged 14-17, who have all been involved in FIRST programs and competitions before: Martin Kalo (15, Builder and 3D Modeler), Dea Rrozhani (18, Programmer and Outreach Coordinator), Etjen Reme (17, Builder and 3D Modeler), Enea Kallushi (17, Technical Designer and Builder), Arb Izeti (16, Builder and Video Editor), Samuel Gjonaj (16, Builder and Outreach Coordinator), and Sindi Gjonaj (17, Team Captain, Outreach Coordinator and Programmer). The students are all truly passionate about robotics and attended various international robotics and programming competitions, including Technovation, FTC, FLL, and previous FGC editions. They are guided and supported by Eda Peshku (Technical Mentor) and Juljan Grori (Team Manager), who voluntarily made themselves available to share their knowledge in the field of robotics with the students. Through hard work and dedication, Team Albania’s main goal is to foster the development of STEM within the Albanian youth community in order to help Tirana become an important innovation center in Eastern Europe. The team can’t wait to show the world what it is capable of doing and is looking forward to seeing their fellow young engineers in this year’s Solution Challenge for the FGC!
