Team Estonia 2021 🇪🇪

The Estonian FGC team has members from ten different schools. This means that the team members are over 200 km apart from each other. The team members knew each other from the FIRST® LEGO® League and Robotex International competition, where they were competing with each other as opposing teams, but this year they decided to form a FIRST Global Challenge team to represent Estonia.

All the members of the Estonian team have a long experience participating (as contestants and volunteers) in FIRST® LEGO® League and in Robotex International competitions. Some of our members already have experience with FGC, but most are new to the competition. Few of the team members have coached teams for the FIRST® LEGO® League and/or FIRST® LEGO® League Jr. The team’s first physical meeting was in a bowling alley in the capital of Estonia – Tallinn.

The members do many sports such as football, floorball, badminton and cycling. They also play many instruments like guitar, bass guitar, electric guitar, tuba, suzafon, violin, piano, garmon and drum set. Overall the team members have very varied hobbies. The team members look forward to meeting new people with similar interests in different countries and learning what they can do to improve as people.
