Like the Grenadian flag, Team Grenada is full of color, life, energy, and positivity. FIRST Global provides us with the opportunity to unify students across the island with a shared interest in STEAM education. We are individually unique, but share peculiar characteristics, for we are young and innovative individuals who will collectively make a positive impact on the world through robotics.

We may be one of the smallest countries on the planet but can boast of majestic beaches, beautiful cascading waterfalls, and fauna and flora that makes us truly a land of paradise. Located in the peaceful waters of the Caribbean Sea just northwards of Trinidad and Tobago, Pure Grenada is known as the Spice Isle of the Caribbean.

Spice Isle Grenada is a peaceful yet diverse island full of promising, juvenile minds eager to do more for society. Due to the recent pandemic, we were thrust into a society where interaction and communication between citizens became strictly virtual. This resulted in the loss of physicality among students, teachers, and families across the nation. For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology, FIRST Global provides us with endless possibilities where we use robotics to solve problems. Now, Team Grenada aims to revitalize some of the lost connection with precise objectives that will solve a difficult problem that affects a large proportion of the population.
