Hello, World! We are Team Moldova! We are thrilled to represent our country at the 2021 edition of FIRST Global Challenge and be part of a groundbreaking movement, led by innovators and engineers of tomorrow. We are Mihai, Sanda, Marinela, Cristian, Parascovia, Slavic and Bianca, guided by our mentors Veronica and Andrei. We all share a goal: to explore and create solutions that could improve people’s lives. Years ago, we got really lucky to be introduced to robotics, which changed our lives forever. The world of unique opportunities and discoveries that robotics unveiled to us made us believe in our skills, in the power of our creativity, but also helped us realize what a great potential technologies have in solving the issues and challenges humanity is facing. Robotics taught us to be problem solvers, to be brave, to be persistent and most important – we got the strong belief that a great invention is a matter of hard work and cooperation. With that in mind, we are eager to join our peers from all over the world in tackling critical challenges and developing viable solutions. We are grateful for the incredible platform and opportunities FIRST Global is providing, and we hope to make our beautiful country proud of us.
