Team Seychelles 2021 🇸🇨

Team Seychelles is composed of students ranging from 11 to 17 years of age. Each of them is passionate about STEM and making a change that will make the world a better place.

The team members are:

Mikhail Rudchenko is Team Seychelles’ captain. Mikhail’s main interest lies in the area of computer science and mathematics. He is always eager to apply his know-how to real-world challenges as well as learning from it.

Rebecca Talma is passionate about science and keeping herself up to date on the development in this field. Rebecca spends her time reading and researching how science can benefit small communities like her own.

Tahani Malbrook is pushing herself to be a STEM subject matter expert so she can further promote STEM in her community and inspire younger generations to think STEM first.

Shakthi Alexander is a problem solver. Shakthi enjoys delving into real world challenges affecting local communities and trying to find simple and elegant solutions.

Wayne Lesperance is intrigued by robotics and artificial intelligence. He is motivated to play a key role promoting these technologies to benefit the social and economic developments of his community and country.

Ronan Varsani is only 16 years old, but Ronan has an astonishing grasp of engineering. Ronan is always challenging himself to learn and build up his skills.

Mitch Loze loves doing research and doing mathematics and has ambitions to become an engineer. He feels that participating in this competition will help him to become better prepared for secondary school.

Yannick Hollanda’s interests lie in mathematics and physics and he aims to use his skills in these fields to build a formidable Team Seychelles.
