Team Venezuela is made up of 11 young enthusiasts and their 4 mentors from the state of Zulia, interested in creating a positive impact in the world, making use of their knowledge for the benefit of society and allowing everyone to know all the possibilities that STEM has to offer as an agent of change.

We know and recognize the problems faced around the world, which is why the FIRST Global Challenge is an incredible possibility to learn and use our skills to make a change not only in our country, but also in the world (transforming the world into a better, supportive and conscious place for all).

This year 2021 we had the possibility to add more members to our team, each one with incredible skills and values which makes our team Venezuela so unique and special!

Taking into account our skills and strengths, we focus on different groups and areas to carry out our project in the best possible way and share knowledge among all with the help of our mentors, but still learning and studying each field that the competition implies!

Isabella, Zikary, Rosa and Karla:
These girls are in charge of social media! They’re good at the English language, they’re always open to any suggestion or opinion, good at handling social media, photography, and even doing interviews. They also have experience working with editing programs. They are competitive since they always seek excellence when it comes to communicating and expressing themselves with other people.

Mariale, Manuel, Sofia, Jesus, Adriana:
These guys are the best in robotics! They love to work as a team and their knowledge of programming and robotics are incredible, in addition to some having previous experience in projects in these fields. They are willing to learn new things and give everything they have to demonstrate the impact and potential of technology in the world.

Paulo, Aria, Mariale:
These talented guys will be in charge of the CubeSat prototype, showing all their STEM skills! They have experience in areas such as electronics and circuits, in addition to their programming knowledge, they will give their all to make the best satellite.

We consider participation in this project as an opportunity to benefit the development of the young talents and the improvement of all as a society, since this project encourages us to be and give our best.

With great pride, enthusiasm, preparation and the best disposition we represent our country, always remembering that we are the future!
