Zimbots is a team consisting of 15 members. These members are competent and proactive young ladies and gentlemen from different schools in the country’s capital, Harare, who were selected to be in the team. As the Zimbots, our core values are teamwork, innovation and passion. We aim to improve our communities and our environment through clean and smart technologies. In addition, we strive to provide real solutions to real problems, thus we work together regardless of our differences to make sure that we achieve this goal. We strongly believe that genders are equal and therefore we hope to inspire our fellow peers, especially the girls in our country, to rise and climb the ladder of STEM careers and bring the innovative ideas we need to the table.
