Hello! How is everybody? We are team Chile and we are very happy to represent Chile because this is the opportunity to demonstrate the importance of STEM areas in every country and put our knowledge into practice. Something that I would like to highlight is that we are a team where the majority of the members are women or gender non-conforming people, trying to abridge the gender gap. Now, we would like to tell you a little about us.

Hey! I’m Romina Parra. Something about me is that I really like to read, specifically romantic novels and popular science books. My favorite book is “The Riddle of Life” by Greco Hernandez. Something that characterizes me is my love of mathematics because its application in everyday life situations seems very interesting to me. This subject also helped me discover my passion for robotics.

Hello! I’m Rocío Sáez. I really like reading poetry and I think art, in general, is an amazing thing. I love music and playing instruments. But I also like the “scientific” side of life very much, challenging myself with impossible puzzles, just fills my heart.

Hiiii! I’m Marta Pacheco Baltra. Something that I have always liked and has characterized me is mathematics and everything that challenges my mind, which has led me to robotics. This has motivated me to participate in this great competition and to help the planet. Throughout these experiences, I learned that I have to persevere in order to accomplish my goals.

Hello! My name is Paula Carrión and I am a programmer. I love technology in general and I believe that it helps a lot of people in their everyday lives. In addition, it generates a change in society which encourages me to create technology to help my community.

Hi! I’m Noah Buccolini Sutovsky (they/she). I like lots of things – mainly science, activism and videogames. I’m excited about this challenge because it’s a great opportunity to learn more about robotics and meet people from around the world with similar interests.
