Costa Rica has seven provinces and Limon is the seventh one.

Limon ethnic history in the country is the most ethnically diverse with the highest proportion of African, Chinese, European and Indigenous descendants.

This year 2022, all the members of the Robotics Team that will represent Costa Rica in FIRST Global Challenge, live in the province of Limon and they are students attending public schools.

In addition, they are users of the Mayor Thomas Benjamin Lynch Limon Public Library and belongs to the AC Makerspace Robotics Club of the American Space in this Library.
