Team Dominica 2022 🇩🇲

The Nature Isle Robotics Team – a robotics group that comes from a gem in the Caribbean – Dominica. Dominica prides itself on being the nature island of the Caribbean and having one of the smallest carbon footprints among all the world’s nations.

However, we always get the short end of the stick when it comes to facing the immediate consequences of carbon emissions. The relentless storms and hurricanes, the coral reef destruction, and the marine life depletion all affect us and our small Caribbean island so adversely.

For this reason, our team of 7 passionate students ages 14-18, and 2 mentors from all over the country are thrilled to participate in this year’s 2022 FIRST Global Robotics Challenge – “Carbon Capture”.
