William Sirleaf is eighteen (18) years old and a senior student of the Vera A. Stephens High School. William aspires to become an IT specialist. He wants to use his STEM skills to develop modern technology in Liberia.
William L. Clarke is a final-year student at the Cathedral Catholic High School. William is a graphics designer. He loves to share his knowledge with his colleagues during his free time.
A.Manyango Joyfe is a junior student at the ST. Kizito Catholic High School. Manyango is 17 years old and he aspires to be an Architecture Engineer. Manyango is excited about this year’s challenge because it is the first of many steps to building his career and contributing to a better Liberia through innovation.
Tyrese Turay is a senior student at the Bravid Washington Episcopal High School. Tyrese aspires to be a Civil Engineer. Tyrese’s excitement about this year’s challenge is the cooperation with his team and the skills he will acquire. Tyrese can not wait to design and build his first robot!
Team Liberia mentors are passionate young Liberians desirous to growing and teaching kids to be innovative through robot design, programming and simulations. They are made up of Engineers and former students of Team Liberia. They include: Redeemer J. Wonsiah, Nuepaul D. Kortu, Micelia Angeline Clarke, Arzuo Joyfe, Celine Morris, and Wanjiru Elizabeth Morris.
