Through STEM education and robotics, Nepal, a country rich in history and heritage, is currently advancing technologically. With FGC as one of its steps on the journey, Nepal aspires to establish an atmosphere where STEM and robotics are inclusive and a scenario of equality and equity. Team Nepal is made up of members who are each accomplished in their own fields. Even if Team Nepal members have different philosophies, worldviews, and mentalities, they all share a single goal: to represent Nepal and advance the interests of our motherland. Team Nepal is the perfect team because of the sense of unity this shared credo has fostered among its members. This team was chosen because it consistently placed first or second in local competitions. These competitors have participated in several national robotics contests, from robo-Soccer to Yantra, in an effort to be chosen for recognition and representation. There is a small group of robotics enthusiasts in Nepal, but we hope to inspire the next generation of changemakers through FGC and these Team Nepal participants.
