Greetings from the Burkina Faso team, This year’s Burkina Faso team is made up of five members, including two girls and three boys. For this year’s FIRST Global competition, our team was selected on the basis of school results from previous participants in last year’s global competition, to ensure a team still passionate and experienced for the 2023 FIRST Global Challenge in Singapore on the theme of Hydrogen Horizons…

Shenila, Miguel and Rachida are the 3 members of the Burkina Faso team, all of whom are passionate about STEM and would like to take part in the competition. Through their past participation in the robotics competition in Geneva, they would like to share their experience and improve their knowledge of the field, and contribute to to develop useful solutions that could help solve the problem of insecurity and internal displacement in the health of our beloved country.

The other two members are Gosef and Hakim, a computer programming enthusiast who already codes with the Python language. Who would like to live his passion through the experience of this global challenge to meet other enthusiasts in order to leap forward, learn more and help team members create useful solutions.

The Burkina team would like to wish all the teams good luck in their participation this year, and hope that this opportunity will enable them to learn more, discover new cultures and, above all, share their expertise.
