We are the FIRST Global Côte d’Ivoire team, also known as IVOIROBOTICS, a passionate and determined team made up of 16 members, including 8 girls and 8 boys.

Currently, we are doing everything we can to prepare for the 2023 FIRST Global Challenge competition, which will take place in Singapore from October 07 to 10, 2023. This year’s theme is centered on hydrogen, a renewable energy of the future, and our goal is to contribute to a more sustainable future by exploring the possibilities of hydrogen as a clean energy source. For this, we are working on the creation of an innovative and efficient robot.

Our team is made up of dynamic and studious young people, whose ages vary between 13 and 18 years. We are proud to represent our country and highlight its different regions, such as hanball, bogoué and the autonomous districts of Abidjan. Beyond our borders, we are also pleased to welcome members from other countries to our team.

In order to perfect and improve ourselves, we organize five robotics training sessions per week, where we explore with passion all the branches of this discipline.

Our journey in the FIRST Global Challenge dates back to 2017, and we are proud of our perseverance and commitment throughout these years, although team members may have varied over time.

We are driven by an unfailing determination to bring honor to our country and to represent the Ivorian youth with excellence during this international competition. Together, we are taking up this challenge with enthusiasm and ambition, aware that we are helping to shape a brighter future for our planet through innovation and technology.
