04 Dec Team Israel 2023 🇮🇱
We are thrilled to introduce Team Israel, 10 students from Cramim Atid Binyamina high school. We are made up of the FTC Team Orbit Vikings 14029. The opportunity to represent Israel on a global platform is a privilege that fills us with immense pride. Our team is dedicated to showcasing the technological prowess, creativity, and determination that define our nation’s spirit. Through our participation in the FIRST Global Challenge, we aim to not only demonstrate our technical skills but also build connections that transcend geographical boundaries and make a positive impact in the world.
The concept of a Hydrogen challenge is important to Israel since the main renewable energy source is Solar, this gives us an opportunity to better improve our methods in making renewable energy. Even though Israel is a small country one, of its borders is the Mediterranean Sea. Currently there is ongoing research on how to use seawater as opposed to freshwater to make Hydrogen. It is in Israel’s best interest to be a part and further this research since the small land had only a certain number of sources. This is why there are many Israeli startups working ferociously to find a solution to successfully do electrolysis of seawater.
We look forward to fostering friendships, creating lasting memories, and embracing the values of teamwork, respect, and cooperation. With Israel’s flag proudly waving beside those of other nations, we are ready to demonstrate the true power of unity through technology.
Shalom and welcome to Team Israel!
Thank you to our supporters!
