Përshëndetje! We are Team Kosovo, an energetic and motivated group of seven high school students united by our passion for STEM and Robotics. Our team consists of: Dren Hoxha, Eda Palushi, Gjin Gojani, Harisa Haziri, Leona Hajrizi, Muhamed Shala, and Rrezon Halimi under the supervision of: Arxhend Jetullahu and Elita Hajrizi.

Our participation in the FIRST Global Challenge has been supported by the University of Business and Technology (UBT) and our journey has been motivated by a common passion for innovation and a strong desire to make a positive change in our community first and the whole world afterwards.

While our members are passionate about STEM, they also have various other interests, which you might also find yourself a friend in:

Dren loves football and he also enjoys playing the piano in his free time.
Eda loves swimming and she also enjoys playing the piano in her free time.
Gjin is a brown belt in karate and he is a great cook as well.
Harisa loves volleyball, she is an awesome dancer, and bakes some delicious treats too.
Leona is into fashion, loves sewing, and she is also learning how to play the guitar.
Muhamed is a great basketball player, he loves martial arts, and he is an entrepreneur at just 16.
Rrezon is a great football player and he is our team’s resident DJ.

We are all excited to gain new experiences and most importantly show the world what Kosovo is capable of. As a team, our goal is not just learning how to build robots, our goal is to use this year’s theme “Hydrogen Horizons” and the knowledge we get from this experience to help make our country better.

As Team Kosovo, we cannot wait to meet other participants from all over the world. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to know about everyone’s cultures and traditions, while also sharing our own. We are committed to making the FIRST Global Challenge an unforgettable experience.
