Michelle Mauwa
Iām 16 years of age. And I aspire to study electrical/computer engineering in college. What motivates me to do STEM is to learn more about sound and electrical engineering. For this yearās FIRST Global Challenge Iām looking forward to meeting people of different cultural backgrounds and learning their lifestyles in their respective countries. My hobby is playing the guitar.
Kennedy Mbewe
Iām 16 years old and I aspire to study automobile engineering in college. What motivates me to do STEM is to figure out how cars work and improve them. For this yearās FIRST Global Challenge I look forward to sharing my ideas with other people and see how we can improve them. My hobby is playing video games.
Victoria Kapito
Iām 15 years old and I aspire to study medicine and become a surgeon, specializing in cardiology. What motivates me to do STEM is to learn and acquire more knowledge in science and electronics. For this yearās FIRST Global Challenge I look forward to making international relations and connect with other people and from around the world. My hobbies are baking and reading.
Stunna Michelle Mkanda
Iām 14 years of age and I aspire to study information systems in college. What motivates me to do STEM is to find a better way to improve my community and not put items to waste, but reuse and convert them into something more useful to the population. For this yearās FIRST Global Challenge I look forward to learning different ideas from others on how to make our environment a safer place correctly and effectively. My hobby is playing basketball.
Shaun Changaya
Iām 18 years old and I aspire to study electrical and electronics engineering in college. What motivates me to do STEM is to find sustainable development methods that can help my country grow, without harming the environment. For this yearās FIRST Global Challenge I look forward to seeing all creative innovations people have come up with to promote hydrogen energy. My hobby is playing chess.

I would like to study computer science as a course. What motivates me to do STEM is the many things you learn from it; as you learn more on how to research, how to design and run experiments on projects. How to handle data and create programs. For this year’s FIRST Global Challenge, Iām looking forward to making international friendships and connecting with other people from around the world. My hobby is playing guitar and singing.

I am 17 years of age and I aspire to become a neurosurgeon and study a bachelorās of science in surgery in university. Iām motivated to do STEM because I believe it will allow me to figure out solutions to world problems more easily as it helps me in becoming more innovative, more of a critical thinker, and will enhance my computer skills. For this yearās FIRST Global Challenge Iām excited and looking forward to observing its technological aspects as well as create relationships with people from around the world. My hobby is reading novels.
Jedidiah Mtegha
Iām 17 years of age and I aspire to study computer engineering or ICT in university. Am motivated to do STEM because I want to learn a safer and more technological approach in making the world a better place. For this yearās FIRST Global Challenge Iām looking forward to interacting with people on their ideas of how to solve world problems. My hobby is playing the piano.
