There are 5 students on the team, and all come from the same course and school — Management and Programming Technician of IT Systems at Escola Secundária Gago Coutinho.

Cristiano became interested in participating in competitions after hearing about it from teachers and former students. He is the team leader and one of the programmers. Cristiano looks forward to enrolling in college and working in back-end programming.

Tomás, also like Cristiano, became interested due to the mentions of former students in former competitions. Tomás is also a programmer in the team. He plans on going to college and working on front-end and back-end programming.

João is a great programmer and builder. He has a big passion in competitions, and after hearing about FIRST Global was very into it. João looks forward to enrolling in college and working in back-end programming.

Diogo Casimiro has a big passion for creating, thus making him very interested and motivated for such a competition like FIRST Global. Diogo is one of the team’s builders, and just like the others he also wants to enroll in college. In relation to future jobs, he looks towards working with back-end programming.

Diogo Lopes is the newest to the course, the youngest, and has less experience, but not a lack of drive and enthusiasm for competitions, programming and creating new ideas. Diogo is also a builder just like Diogo Casimiro, and in terms of future, he too wants to get a degree and find a job in programming.

All of us on the team are very interested and motivated for such a big competition as the FIRST Global Challenge, and hope to have a big and fun experience in it.
