Team Chile is made up of fourteen young women passionate about science, technology, and innovation, coming from various regions across the north, center, and south of Chile.

Aged between thirteen and eighteen, we share a common dream: to empower more women in STEM and show that robotics is a space where we can all shine.

We see ourselves as inventive young women, capable of achieving any goal, overcoming challenges with determination and resilience.

We are thrilled to participate in the FIRST Global Challenge 2025 — an experience that means proudly representing Chile on an international stage and connecting with a global community of equally passionate youth.

This year’s theme, Eco Equilibrium, deeply inspires us, as Chile is a country rich in biodiversity, yet also faces major challenges related to climate change.

Behind our team are mentors who share our passion and commitment. Along with our technical skills in programming and mechanics, we stand out for our creativity, leadership, and teamwork.

We believe that with the power of technology — and by upholding values like Coopetition and Gracious Professionalism — we can make a meaningful impact on society and help build a fairer, more sustainable future. And as we say in Chile: ¡Con todo, si no pa’ qué!
