Team Hungary’s journey starts across the landscapes of our small yet captivating country — from the golden wheat fields of the Great Hungarian Plain in the south and east to the forested hills of the north. These places are more than just our homes; they’ve shaped who we are. In recent years, our rivers have run low, summers have burned hotter, and ancient wetlands have dried into cracked earth — stark reminders of the environmental challenges our generation inherits.

We are five high school students from diverse social and educational backgrounds, brought together by a shared passion for innovation, problem-solving, and collaboration. Our strengths range from coding and mechanical design to communication and creative strategy, creating a synergy as dynamic as the natural forces we hope to protect.

Representing Hungary at the FIRST Global Challenge in Panama City is more than a competition for us — it’s a chance to share ideas, build solutions, and connect with young innovators from around the globe. We’re here to learn new skills, embrace fresh perspectives, and create friendships that cross borders. None of this would be possible without our dedicated mentors, whose guidance inspires us every day.
This year’s theme, Eco Equilibrium, resonates deeply with us. Living in a region where climate change is no longer a distant concept but a daily reality, we feel the urgency to act — not only as students, but as the next generation of researchers, engineers, and changemakers. We carry with us not just our flag, but the dreams, values, and determination to help shape a greener, fairer, and more balanced future.
