We are Team R2045, a diverse group of middle and high school students from Madrasah Internasional Technonatura, proudly representing Indonesia in the FIRST Global Challenge since 2017. For the past eight years, we’ve worked together to design, build, and program robots that not only compete on the field, but also aim to solve real-world problems. Our journey has been one of growth, discovery, and collaboration—driven by a shared passion for technology, innovation, and making a difference.

Much like the patterns of batik that reflect Indonesia’s beauty in diversity, each of us brings our own unique strengths—whether it’s engineering, coding, design, science, communication, or outreach. Guided by the values of gotong royong and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, we believe in the power of teamwork and inclusivity. For us, robotics is more than just building machines—it’s about combining ideas and perspectives to create solutions that can impact communities and inspire others.

As we look ahead to Indonesia’s 100th anniversary in 2045, we are proud to carry the spirit of our generation: bold, creative, and ready to lead. Through every challenge and every collaboration, we hope to show how youth can drive innovation and change. We are not only representing our country—we are shaping its future.
