A dynamic group of young dreamers, engineers, scientists, and problem solvers, Team Myanmar is representing their nation with pride at the FIRST Global Challenge 2025 in Panama. These students, who are united by their love of robotics, sustainability, and international collaboration, contribute a variety of skills, including coding, 3D modeling, artistic creativity, sportsmanship, and scientific curiosity.
Our team is consisting of:
Albert @ Phone Pyae Kaung
Currently studying in AS level 2025-2026 in MISA. Has a passion for drawing, content creating, and playing first person shooter games on his computer. With a strong interest in robotics and creating models since his childhood (such as LEGOs, building toy cars and drawing 3Dimensions). The talent he has behind will help him to pursue a future career in Software Engineering.
The Theme “Eco Equilibrium” deeply focuses on real-world environmental challenges. Participating in this competition will have the opportunity to meet contestants who are eager to help our environment. Him and his team will participate in the FIRST Global Challenge which will be held in Panama, and have the will to give out everything.
Ye Swan @ Ye Swan Htet
An avid fan of Formula 1 and all things that go fast, no. 1 Bayern Munich supporter with a passion for goalkeeping and performing at the highest level. Has built an interest in Lego and Robotics since a young age. Additionally, as nature had been an influential part of his childhood he values the environment and wants to contribute into protecting the planet. Ultimately, after finding out about this year’s competition themed “Eco Equilibrium“, it brought excitement and nostalgia so it was a no brainer to participate. He has high passion for the topic and is looking forward to cooperating with the team. Currently as an A levels student, proudly at Mandalay International School of Acumen.
Ophelia @ Yune Sandi Wone
Ophelia is a person driven by passion, enthusiasm for many things, and a deep investment in the world around her. She loves the ocean, animals, ecosystems, and the diverse world we live in, feeling a strong responsibility to help sustain our biosphere, our lovely Mother Earth, and to take part in solving global issues. She enjoys striking up conversations with anyone and is eager to learn about topics that interest her, such as how artificial intelligence can be used for the greater good and understanding the process of life, no matter how complex it may be.
While she is exploring her technological interests, Ophelia also has many artistic hobbies, such as drawing, singing, and reading self-help books, as well as sports like badminton, swimming, and skating. Though some of these may be individual activities, she is also a team player with strong collaboration and leadership skills.
Despite her many ambitions and dreams, she aims to achieve them while balancing work with relaxation and fun. Participating in one of the world’s prestigious challenges, the FIRST Global Challenge, where bright young minds come together to innovate for a balanced world under the theme “Eco-Equilibrium,” she feels grateful and eager to unite nations for the betterment of Earth.
Skylar @ Phyo Thu Thu Htet
As a person with a strong interest in coding, 3D modeling, and building with Legos, she has found that this year FIRST Global in Panama provides an excellent opportunity to expand her knowledge in these areas. Apart from those, playing instruments, crocheting and reading books has taught her patience and inspired her to continually learn new things and experiences in life. With this year’s theme being “Eco Equilibrium,” she is eager to explore ways to contribute to a peaceful and balanced world. She is looking forward to create new bonds and learn how technology can improve life during the competition.
Taylor @ Shoon Wati Htet
