This year, the Puerto Rico team for the FIRST Global Challenge is made up of five young dreamers from different regions of our island: from the metropolitan area in San Juan, through Caguas, and all the way south to Las Piedras. As Puerto Ricans, we share one vision: to bring robotics to every corner of Puerto Rico and make it one of the reasons why our island shines before the world — fostering STEM education, innovation, and, of course, our culture. Our goal is to inspire more young Boricuas to reinvent themselves and dive into the world of technology and robotics.

This year, we will represent our country in the international competition in Panama, proudly carrying our spirit and culture with us to make our island’s name shine. Our culture is full of rhythm, color, passion, and resilience, and that is exactly what we carry with us when we represent it. We also want creativity, ingenuity, and science to be part of the Boricua identity.

We are excited and grateful for the opportunity to represent Puerto Rico in this international competition. We go with hearts full of hope, ready to learn from other cultures, collaborate with young people from around the world, and show what Boricua talent is made of.
