20 May Team Qatar 2025 🇶🇦
We’re lifelong learners who have a common interest: robotics!
Our team, much like Qatar, consists of students from many different countries who attend schools all across Qatar.
We have come together at Hamad Bin Khalifa University’s STEM Hub Robotics Club (the SHRC) to problem-solve and to represent Qatar in the 2025 FIRST Global Challenge. Curiosity, diligence, and fun fuels our passion in learning, creativity, and engineering.
Team Qatar is avid about robotics, and our participation in FIRST Global has led us to achieve high ranks since our inaugural team, including our remarkable bronze medal from FGC Mexico in 2018 and won several awards – and had a great experience – in FGC Geneva 2022, FGC Singapore 2023, and Athens 2024.
Along the way, we met so many great teams, worked hard to support each other, and really enjoyed the competitive spirit.
We are very excited about participating in FGC 2025 in Panama, meeting all other teams, and discovering how we can impact global issues revolving around this year’s theme.
