The Swiss team is ready to embark on the journey to FIRST Global. Seven motivated members from Kanton Zurich are at the beginning of this path and are excited to share their passion for robotics and exchange new ideas with like-minded STEM enthusiasts. Together, we love tinkering with new mechanisms to bring us closer to our goal.

What brings us the most joy is the fact that we can design every line of code and every mechanism according to our own vision, giving us the opportunity to create a truly unique product. However, we also recognize that we don’t have all the answers. That’s exactly why we’re here: To learn from other teams and grow together.

But robotics is more than just a tool for competition. It plays a vital global role in preserving ecosystems. From underwater robots used to analyze coral reefs to drones that monitor forests, technology is the key to a shared future. Switzerland is also contributing to the development of these technologies: Robots are already being used here for chemical-free weed removal.
