Here we are, in 2025, participating in the FIRST Global Challenge for the 9th edition. Since 2017, we have returned, year after year, unveiling a renewed version of ourselves each time.
Hi, ¡Hola!, السلام عليكم, Grüezi, 您好 , Γειά σας , we are Team Tunisia!
With each new destination comes a new greeting, and with every edition, a new team joins the journey, new members all united by the same shared passion to learn, excel, and inspire.

This year, our team comprises 34 members aged between 15 and 18, mentored by Mrs. Faten Khalfallah and Mr. Rabeh Hammouda.
We are divided into seven sub-teams, all guided by eight supervisors. We all cooperate and thrive together, thanks to the efforts of three program managers in coordinating between sub-teams.
All members of Team Tunisia are coaches and coach-assistants at the First Skills Club. We lead weekly sessions for youth to teach communication in English through STEAM technologies such as Graphic Design, Quantum Computing, VR, AI, and robotics, while emphasizing coopertition and professionalism among the mentees. In addition, we organized events such as Roboday, Creatop, and Chats, where members of the Team participated as event managers and volunteers.
These events included various competitions for kids and teens and played a key role in promoting robotics as a sport, as they simulated previous FGC editions.

While we excel in technical fields, most of our members are skilled musicians who have made songs for previous FGC editions. Last year’s song was displayed in one of the most ancient stadiums in the world, the Panathenaic Stadium in Greece, enchanting crowds of thousands.

As Tunisians, we face an enormous number of ecological problems that need to be fixed. That’s why our goal is to create projects with lasting impact that don’t just remain ink on paper but actively shape the future.
As Team Tunisia, our vision is always fixed on tomorrow’s planet: every idea, every innovation pushes us further towards healing the fauna and the flora, the atmosphere, the waters, and, hence, healing our planet.
We strongly believe that this year’s theme aligns with our vision and purpose and highlights the urgency for restoring harmony between people, nature, and innovation.
We will design sustainable systems that protect our environment today while preserving it for tomorrow and build projects that not only benefit our local community but also have the potential to make a global impact, contributing to reaching eco-equilibrium.

Each year, we aim for the best. That is why each member of Team Tunisia is cooperating, bringing original ideas and pushing beyond boundaries to make it happen. Currently, one of the projects we are working on is our new song, which would add a festive atmosphere to the competition.
Above all, we strive to keep seeing our beloved flag raised high above to honor Tunisia, and we are thrilled to venture into this journey and forge global connections.

For us, being part of the First Global challenge is more than just a privilege, it’s a life-changing experience, a chance to meet amazing people from around the world, all driven by the same passion for STEAM and especially the sport of Robotics.
It is where ordinary turns into extraordinary and where hard work and determination come together to make history.
