Students from Moldova have once again made history at the world’s largest high school robotics Olympiad, the FIRST Global Challenge 2025, held in Panama City. The country’s team won the gold medal for the fifth year in a row, reaffirming Moldova’s status as one of the leading nations in educational robotics. President Maia Sandu congratulated the young people on their new achievement, highlighting the importance of this performance in a competition with over 190 countries worldwide.
