23 May Spring Bots Aim to Have Robotics Recognised as a Sport in South Africa

South Africa (23 May 2024) – Team Spring Bots South Africa is taking robotics to the future youth! The robotics team was established in 2018 and now represents SA on the international stage of all things STEM. The team’s core mission is to provide equal access to education, skills, and knowledge centred on STEM—the acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Their latest goal is to have robotics officially recognised as a sport in South Africa!
