FGC Team Gambia 2023 consists of 16 students from 7 different schools in The Gambia. The unique commonalities shared amongst the students is their love for technology and STEM in general. The students are once again brought together by Gambia Participates (GP), an organization that harnesses the power of technology to empower citizens and address pressing governance issues. GP has been providing Gambian junior and high school students the opportunity to participate in FGC since 2018 and two of those students have now established an organization called SKYLAB, a STEM organization that would be providing technical support to FGC Team Gambia in preparation of this year’s challenge.

These group of students have a pool of talents and they are determined to leave FGC 2023 with a record that Team Gambia has not achieved since 2017.
