We are Team Indonesia R2045, a team of youths with ambitious goals to bring our beloved FIRST® Robotic activities to our homeland, and become science and technology leaders towards the golden era of year 2045, the centenary of Indonesian Independence.

Our team consists of 30+ students from around the nation that gathered together, all with talents and ambitions in STEAM. With different points of view and experiences, we collaborate to design together, build together, and innovate together, to create the best ideas.

The R2045 team has a story to tell about the nation and the whole world on their journey to shape a greater future in Indonesia. From an initiative of youths to better Indonesia in its 100th year of Independence, through mastering 21st century skills and its disruptive technology while also saving the nature for the future.

As a country blessed with diverse flora and fauna, we aim to save and conserve our nature’s blessing for future generations. We research solutions to reduce carbon emissions, from conservation of endangered trees, to alternative energy sources, we aim to solve global problems with science.

Spreading awareness about STEAM education to our nation’s youth through outreach from robotic workshops, seminars, and showing our works in public events. With our slogan “Bring FIRST® To Indonesia” we show our works in technology and also science, to the public.
