Team Vietnam 2023 🇻🇳

After the success of the Vietnam Robotics Challenge (VRC) – a nationwide robotics competition, 11 members from various regions across Vietnam were selected carefully to be Team Vietnam FGC 2023. They are students from six different high schools located not only in urban areas but also in rural ones. Taking part in the FIRST Global Challenge, we want to express our progressive, exchanging, and learning spirit. We believe that, together, we can be the change to change the world and solve our planet’s problems.

We aim to build and develop a thriving robotics community. Over the years, we have joined hands to organize numerous robotics competitions, including VRC, which reached over 490 students and 100 teachers, with the participation of 70 high school teams nationwide. Besides that, we also regularly conduct experiential workshops, talk shows, and educational school tours about robotics for students all over the country. Notably, our school tours to rural areas have been highly impactful. We visit different regions to teach students and teachers about robotics, STEAM, provide hands-on experiences, and inspire them to build a robotics community in their own provinces. We have successfully conducted six school tours in four provinces, reaching 300 high school students and 30 teachers.

Next year, we are committed to continuing these community activities because we believe that developing the STEAM community is essential for a better world and for our personal growth. Each of us contributes to this mission, and we strive to make a positive impact on our society.
