Hello World! 2024 FIRST Global Team Botswana is made from boys and girls who are highly motivated to collaborate with other youth of the world, to innovate solutions that would solve most of the world’s pressing challenges; that ranges from climate change, energy, health, medicine, food and security. The team members are curious individuals in the world of Science and Technology. The diverse, esteemed team members originate from different demographics, of the diamond producing country. All members believe in learning to then inspire the next generations. They embrace team work and respect, as great concepts to deal with the world challenges swiftly.

The Feeding the Future theme matters to them because it advocates for awareness in sustainable food production to ensure people don’t sleep hungry, eliminating hunger in the world. And as a result, having a happier productive people of the world, capable of creatively innovate solutions to problems. They embrace the idea of sustainable food production ought to be done, to ensure a green future by wisely using technologies and resources to reduce environmental negative impacts.

Team Botswana is a fun-loving team of critical thinkers of note, who believe any achievement should be celebrated. The team is excited to participate in this competition owing to many reasons, among them to meet like-minded youth of the world to collaborate, understand the world better and innovate solutions to save the world. As well in the processing expanding their horizon in the STEM world.
