Team Greece 2024 🇬🇷

The DEI Greek National Robotics Team is a dynamic team of almost 100 talented high school students from across Greece, united by a fervent passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Our members consistently excel in a wide range of academic and extracurricular pursuits, including robotics competitions, STEM research showcases, mathematics and physics olympiads, and even creative endeavors like art, film, and virtual entrepreneurship competitions.

Founded in 2018 through the initiative of Eduact, a leading educational non-profit organization, Team Greece fosters a continuous learning environment. We welcome new members annually, cultivating a knowledge transfer legacy that empowers future STEM leaders.

Beyond competitive excellence, Team Greece is deeply committed to community outreach. We actively engage by delivering STEM workshops and presentations, participating in awareness initiatives, festivals, and expositions. We have demonstrably impacted over 5,000 students through more than 100 events, fostering a vibrant STEM ecosystem. Notably, our dedication extended through the COVID-19 pandemic by leveraging online platforms to deliver STEM activities and lessons, ensuring uninterrupted learning with the unwavering support of our national partners, mentors, and supporters.

This year, Team Greece is committed to:

  • Solidifying our unity and embodying the core principles of FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology).
  • Expanding our knowledge base in advanced robot design engineering and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for enhanced robotics capabilities.
  • Fostering a robust youth STEM community within Greece, making STEM readily accessible and empowering passionate and innovative individuals to pursue self-development.
  • Thank you to our supporters!
