Team Indonesia R2045, the team hosted by Indonesia FIRST Robotik, based in Madrasah TechnoNatura Depok, is a group of teenagers with various visions and missions, but all with the same goal: to spread the STEAM education campaign through robotics and make robotics a state-recognized sport. FIRST Robotics is a sports campaign. Voicing this movement is one of our contributions to promoting Indonesia’s golden era in 2045 and commemorating 100 years of independence.

R2045, or Rendezvous 2045, features stories from each of the 30+ high school students about their journeys and various passions to inform the public about our promises and initiatives to contribute to the nation and be a solution to global problems such as educational and natural that arise by mastering disruptive technology and 21st century skills, as well as transforming Indonesia toward industry 4.0.

As a country with natural wealth and cultural diversity, we must maintain both of them as a form of commitment. It is with this commitment that we seek in-depth research to create an innovation that can solve the problem that is expected to hit our homeland massively: the food crisis. We research solutions to provide Indonesian food and spice ingredients in an effort to prevent food crises and provide food for future generations. We aim to solve global problems with a combination of science and technology as well.

Spreading awareness about STEAM education to our nation’s youth through outreach from robotic workshops and seminars and showing our engineering and science works in public events while campaigning Robotics Is A Sport℠ movements.
