Team Roboten 15298 is a dynamic group of seven passionate students from Peqiin, Israel, nestled in the Upper Galilee. Starting with the FIRST LEGO League (FLL) and advancing to the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC), we have cultivated a deep interest in STEM. Our hard work and dedication earned us the prestigious Inspire Award, placing second in Israel. We are now excited to represent our community at the FIRST Global Challenge in Athens, Greece, from September 26-29, 2024.

This year’s theme, “Feeding the Future,” is deeply connected to Israel’s legacy of overcoming environmental challenges through innovation. Israel’s pioneering efforts in drip irrigation, desalination, and agricultural biotechnology have transformed its arid landscape into a hub of agricultural productivity and sustainability. Inspired by our country’s achievements, we aim to develop solutions that address global food security, leveraging our robotics skills to create efficient and sustainable farming technologies.

At the heart of Team Roboten 15298 is a strong sense of teamwork and community spirit. We believe that collaboration and diverse perspectives are essential to innovation. Our team’s unity, combined with our shared passion for solving global challenges, drives us to excel. We support each other, learn from each other, and together, we are greater than the sum of our parts.

As we prepare for the FIRST Global Challenge, we are devoted to promoting environmentally responsible practices and enhancing food distribution systems to ensure equitable access to nutritious food worldwide. By channeling Israel’s innovative spirit and our team’s collaborative energy, Team Roboten-Israel is ready to feed the future with passion and creativity.
